The continuous monitoring of the legal environment, the determination of the necessary actions to be taken in case of a legal change, the identification of the affected (and need to be updated) SDSs in the portfolio are a continuous and unresolved problem for the companies concerned. So far.
Our objective
Our aim is to develop a new complex service to ensure the legal compliance of Safety Data Sheets, despite the continuously changing legal environment.
Our unique quality certification system linked to the service allows the communication and, at the same time, the verifiability of the Safety Data Sheets ‘ legal compliance in the supply chain.
Service development in the framework of the KKV START INNOVATION (2020-1.1.1-KKV START) funding program
Our new service is being developed by the implementation of the project “Establishment of a quality assurance and certification system for ensuring the real-time legal compliance of chemical products by developing an online expert control platform to implement quality assurance in practice”, supported by the National Research, Development and Innovation Office (NRDI) fund.
We achieve the following subtasks in accordance with the project objectives:
- Establishing the theoretical background for the new service
- Developing the service platform
- Developing the criteria and methodology of the SDS certification
- Creating internal instructions for the service’s quality control
- Developing and implementing a marketing and market implementation strategy
Implementation period:
04.01.2021 – 30.06.2022
Project no. 2020-1.1.1-KKV-START-2021-00352 has been implemented with the support provided by the Ministry of Innovation and Technology of Hungary from the National Research, Development and Innovation Fund, financed under the KKV START INNOVATION (2020-1.1.1-KKV START) funding scheme.
