To v\u0161ak neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee sa netreba pripravi\u0165 \u2013 preto\u017ee dod\u00e1vate\u013esk\u00fd re\u0165azec (SDS, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msds-europe.com\/sk\/prvky-oznacovania-bezpecnostneho-listu\/\">etikety<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msds-europe.com\/distributors-reach-communication-obligations\/\">o\u010dak\u00e1vania z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov<\/a>) aktualiz\u00e1ciu zvy\u010dajne \u201evyn\u00fati\u201c sk\u00f4r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pre\u010do bolo potrebn\u00e9 nariadenie CLP doplni\u0165?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cie\u013eom Eur\u00f3pskej komisie v r\u00e1mci chemickej strat\u00e9gie je zabezpe\u010di\u0165 vy\u0161\u0161iu \u00farove\u0148 ochrany \u013eudsk\u00e9ho zdravia a \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Niektor\u00e9 l\u00e1tky maj\u00fa vlastnosti, ktor\u00e9 v predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facom syst\u00e9me klasifik\u00e1cie nemali samostatn\u00fa kateg\u00f3riu, preto inform\u00e1cie o nich neboli \u00fapln\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zavedenie nov\u00fdch tried pom\u00e1ha identifikova\u0165 l\u00e1tky s endokrinn\u00fdm naru\u0161en\u00edm, l\u00e1tky perzistentn\u00e9 v \u017eivotnom prostred\u00ed alebo l\u00e1tky ohrozuj\u00face zdroje pitnej vody.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nov\u00e9 kateg\u00f3rie nebezpe\u010dnosti<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nov\u00e1 regul\u00e1cia je postaven\u00e1 okolo <strong>troch hlavn\u00fdch skup\u00edn<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 hodnotia dlhodob\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie aj na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Endokrinn\u00e9 disruptory (ED)<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tieto zl\u00fa\u010deniny zasahuj\u00fa do <strong>endokrinn\u00e9ho (hormon\u00e1lneho) syst\u00e9mu<\/strong> organizmu. M\u00f4\u017eu naru\u0161i\u0165 rast, v\u00fdvoj alebo reproduk\u010dn\u00e9 procesy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nov\u00fd syst\u00e9m odli\u0161uje endokrinn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie a na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>V CLP sa ED posudzuje v dvoch oblastiach:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Endokrinn\u00e9 naru\u0161enie <strong>\u013eudsk\u00e9ho zdravia<\/strong> (kateg\u00f3ria 1 \u2013 2),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Endokrinn\u00e9 naru\u0161enie <strong>\u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia<\/strong> (kateg\u00f3ria 1 \u2013 2).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z h\u013eadiska ozna\u010dovania sa tu typicky uv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msds-europe.com\/sk\/vystrazne-upozornenie\/\"><strong>EUH vety<\/strong><\/a> (napr. EUH380\/EUH381 a EUH430\/EUH431 \u2013 pod\u013ea kateg\u00f3rie).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>L\u00e1tky PBT a vPvB \u2013 perzistentn\u00e9, bioakumulat\u00edvne a toxick\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p zmesi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EUH vety uv\u00e1dzan\u00e9 na etikete:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PBT (EUH440)<\/strong>: Hromad\u00ed sa justify;\">Aktualiz\u00e1cia klasifik\u00e1cie zmes\u00ed <strong>men\u00ed obsah bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch listov (SDS) na viacer\u00fdch miestach<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oddiel 1 (Identifik\u00e1cia):<\/strong><br \/>\nPri zmesiach m\u00f4\u017eu identifik\u00e1tory a \u2013 kde je to relevantn\u00e9 \u2013 spr\u00e1va <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msds-europe.com\/sk\/sds-priprava-prvych-8-sekcii\/\">procese zostavenia SDS<\/a> na viacer\u00fdch miestach zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje \u00falohu koncentra\u010dn\u00fdch limitov, \u0161pecifick\u00fdch koncentra\u010dn\u00fdch limitov a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch faktorov.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oddiely 11 a 12 (Toxikologick\u00e9 a ekologick\u00e9 Av\u0161ak <strong>v\u00fdrobcovia surov\u00edn<\/strong>, ktor\u00ed dod\u00e1vaj\u00fa zlo\u017eky (ak dod\u00e1vaj\u00fa \u201eu\u017e na trhu\u201c uveden\u00fa l\u00e1tku), <strong>maj\u00fa pr\u00e1vo po\u010dka\u0165 s prekvalifikovan\u00edm do 1. novembra 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>D\u00f4sledok:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msds-europe.com\/sk\/clp-pasca-vyrobcov-zmesi-2026\/\">medzi m\u00e1jom a novembrom 2026<\/a> sa v\u00fdrobca zmesi m\u00f4\u017ee dosta\u0165 do situ\u00e1cie, ke\u010f je pr\u00e1vne povinn\u00fd klasifikova\u0165 kone\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdrobok pod\u013ea nov\u00fdch nebezpe\u010dnost\u00ed (napr. ED), ale dod\u00e1vate\u013e e\u0161te neposkytol pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 \u00fadaje v SDS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rie\u0161enie:<\/strong> \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci trhu musia <strong>proakt\u00edvne komunikova\u0165 so svojimi dod\u00e1vate\u013emi<\/strong> a nem\u00f4\u017eu \u010daka\u0165 na kone\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1konn\u00e9 term\u00edny.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #e67833;\"><strong>2.
