Acestea includ, de exemplu, starea fizic\u0103 (lichid, solid, gaz), culoarea, mirosul, densitatea, valoarea pH-ului, punctul de fierbere, punctul de topire, punctul de aprindere (pentru lichide inflamabile), inflamabilitatea, presiunea vaporilor, solubilitatea \u00een ap\u0103 \u0219i \u00een al\u021bi solven\u021bi, v\u00e2scozitatea, temperatura de descompunere etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toate propriet\u0103\u021bile care pot fi relevante pentru manipularea \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 ar trebui furnizate aici. Aceasta sintetizeaz\u0103 informa\u021biile toxicologice disponibile \u2013 acoperind at\u00e2t efectele acute, c\u00e2t \u0219i cele cronice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aceste informa\u021bii includ, de exemplu, <strong>c\u0103ile posibile de expunere<\/strong> (inhalare, ingestie, contact cu pielea) \u0219i efectele pe care produsul le are prin aceste c\u0103i. Dac\u0103 exist\u0103 date experimentale specifice, se pot furniza valori precum LD\u2085\u2080 (doza letal\u0103 care provoac\u0103 moartea la 50% din animalele de test), LC\u2085\u2080, rezultatele testelor de irita\u021bie, sensibilizare (efecte alergice), cancerigenitate, mutagenitate, toxicitate pentru reproducere (propriet\u0103\u021bi CMR), toxicitate asupra organelor-\u021bint\u0103 etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sunt descrise \u0219i <strong>simptomele<\/strong> care pot ap\u0103rea \u00een urma expunerii (de exemplu, dureri de cap, ame\u021beal\u0103, ro\u0219ea\u021ba pielii). \u00cen cazul amestecurilor, efectele asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii sunt adesea estimate pe baza datelor din literatur\u0103 sau pe baza datelor componentelor individuale. Dac\u0103 produsul nu are efecte toxicologice semnificative, acest lucru este precizat aici (de ex. \u201eToxicitate acut\u0103: pe baza concentra\u021biilor componentelor, amestecul nu este clasificat ca toxic acut\u201d).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aceast\u0103 sec\u021biune este <strong>critic\u0103 pentru speciali\u0219tii \u00een s\u0103n\u0103tate ocupa\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i medici<\/strong>, deoarece \u00eei ajut\u0103 s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 riscul pe care prezint\u0103 produsul pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea uman\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sec\u021biunea 12: Informa\u021bii ecologice<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sec\u021biunea 12 sintetizeaz\u0103 <strong>efectele produsului asupra mediului<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aceasta prezint\u0103 date ecotoxicologice, de exemplu toxicitatea acvatic\u0103 (valorile LC\u2085\u2080\/EC\u2085\u2080 pentru pe\u0219ti, <em>Daphnia<\/em>, alge), caracteristicile de degradare (biodegradabilitatea), poten\u021bialul de bioacumulare, mobilitatea \u00een sol \u0219i evaluarea PBT\/vPvB (dac\u0103 este persistent, bioacumulabil \u0219i toxic, sau foarte persistent \u0219i foarte bioacumulabil).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen esen\u021b\u0103, aceast\u0103 sec\u021biune arat\u0103 ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 cu substan\u021ba dac\u0103 ajunge \u00een mediu. Poate include un cod de de\u0219eu specific (cod <strong>EWC<\/strong>, conform <strong>Listei europene a de\u0219eurilor<\/strong>) \u0219i o recomandare privind tratarea acestuia drept de\u0219eu periculos sau nu. De exemplu: \u201eColecta\u021bi orice rest de produs \u0219i ambalaj contaminat \u00een conformitate cu reglement\u0103rile pentru de\u0219euri periculoase. Nu deversa\u021bi \u00een canalizare. Elimina\u021bi reziduurile combustibile \u00eentr-un incinerator autorizat.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se pot men\u021biona \u0219i <strong>reglement\u0103ri locale<\/strong> relevante sau trimiteri la legi care se aplic\u0103 (de exemplu, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, legisla\u021bia specific\u0103 privind gestionarea de\u0219eurilor periculoase).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aceast\u0103 sec\u021biune asigur\u0103 c\u0103 utilizatorul, la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul ciclului de via\u021b\u0103 al produsului, elimin\u0103 corect de\u0219eurile \u0219i minimizeaz\u0103 poluarea mediului.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sec\u021biunea 14: Informa\u021bii referitoare la transport<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sec\u021biunea 14 rezum\u0103 modul \u00een care substan\u021ba\/amestecul este <strong>clasificat pentru transport, conform reglement\u0103rilor interna\u021bionale de transport<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se indic\u0103 <strong>num\u0103rul ONU<\/strong> (un num\u0103r de identificare din patru cifre), denumirea corect\u0103 de expediere ONU (de ex. \u201eUN 1993 Lichid inflamabil, n.c.a.\u201d \u2013 nespecificat altfel), clasa de pericol pentru transport (de ex. 3 \u2013 lichid inflamabil), grupa de ambalare (I, II sau III) \u0219i orice dispozi\u021bii speciale sau informa\u021bii suplimentare. Pot fi date intr\u0103ri separate pentru ADR\/RID (transport rutier\/feroviar), IMDG (transport maritim) \u0219i ICAO\/IATA (transport aerian) dac\u0103 exist\u0103 diferen\u021be \u00eentre ele.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dac\u0103 produsul nu este clasificat ca marf\u0103 periculoas\u0103 pentru transport, acest fapt este indicat \u0219i aici (de exemplu: \u201eNu este clasificat ca marf\u0103 periculoas\u0103 conform ADR\/RID, IMDG, ICAO\/IATA\u201d).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aceast\u0103 sec\u021biune este util\u0103 \u00een <strong>primul r\u00e2nd pentru personalul de logistic\u0103 \u0219i expeditori<\/strong>, deoarece \u00eei ajut\u0103 s\u0103 se conformeze reglement\u0103rilor pentru transportul m\u0103rfurilor periculoase (de exemplu, utilizarea etichetelor\/panourilor de pericol \u0219i a ambalajelor corespunz\u0103toare).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sec\u021biunea 15: Informa\u021bii de reglementare<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sec\u021biunea 15 enumer\u0103 orice alte <strong>informa\u021bii legate de reglement\u0103ri<\/strong> sau restric\u021bii care se aplic\u0103 produsului \u0219i care nu au fost men\u021bionate anterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De exemplu, poate indica dac\u0103 substan\u021ba figureaz\u0103 pe vreo list\u0103 oficial\u0103 (cum ar fi <a href=\"https:\/\/echa.europa.eu\/ro\/candidate-list-table\">Lista candida\u021bilor<\/a> REACH cu SVHC \u2013 substan\u021be care prezint\u0103 motive de \u00eengrijorare deosebit\u0103 \u2013 sau lista de autorizare din Anexa XIV), dac\u0103 amestecul con\u021bine vreo component\u0103 supus\u0103 unor <strong>restric\u021bii<\/strong> (Anexa XVII din REACH) sau vreo reglementare na\u021bional\u0103 special\u0103 (de ex. reglement\u0103ri specifice privind s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u0219i securitatea muncii sau protec\u021bia mediului).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aceast\u0103 sec\u021biune este \u0219i locul unde s-ar men\u021biona dac\u0103 produsul este <strong>supus unor taxe<\/strong>, <strong>permise<\/strong> sau <strong>\u00eenregistr\u0103ri<\/strong> speciale.
