kosmetische Produkte<\/a>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0CPNP Notifizierung Service<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Voraussetzung f\u00fcr das Inverkehrbringen eines kosmetischen Mittels in der Europ\u00e4ischen Union ist gem\u00e4\u00df Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1223\/2009 die Notifizierung \u00fcber eine zentrale elektronische Schnittstelle, das CPNP (Notifizierungsportal f\u00fcr kosmetische Mittel).<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Der Prozess der CPNP-Notifizierung Service<\/span><\/h3>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zugriff auf das CPNP (Registrierung)<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um das CPNP-Portal nutzen zu k\u00f6nnen, muss sich der Verwender bei den EU-Login- (fr\u00fcher: ECAS) und SAAS-Systemen registrieren.<br \/>\nBei Bedarf bieten wir auch Hilfe bei der Registrierung.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hilfe zur pers\u00f6nliche Registrierung:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/cas\/eim\/external\/register.cgi\">Anforderung Benutzername und Passwort \u00fcber EU-Login (fr\u00fcher ECAS)<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/saas\/requestAccess\/application\/21\/create.html\">Anforderung eines CPNP &#8211; Zugangs durch SAAS-System<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/cpnp\">Zugang zum Notifizierungsportal CPNP<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dcbermittlung von Daten gem\u00e4\u00df dem &#8222;Status&#8220; des H\u00e4ndlers des Kosmetikprodukts &#8211; CPNP-Notifizierung<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abh\u00e4ngig vom Status des Distributors gibt es zwei Notifizierungstypen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notifizierung durch die verantwortliche Person (Hersteller, Importeur)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notifizierung durch den H\u00e4ndler<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Im Besitz der Registrierungsinformationen werden die erforderlichen Informationen abh\u00e4ngig vom &#8222;Status&#8220; des Anmelders\u00fcber das CPNP-Portal bekannt gegeben.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die verantwortliche Person meldet folgende Daten\/ Informationen \u00fcber das CPNP<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">urspr\u00fcngliche Etikett<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Foto von der Produktverpackung<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Andere Daten und Informationen gem\u00e4\u00df Artikel 13 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1223\/2009 \u00fcber kosmetische Mittel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der H\u00e4ndler meldet folgende Daten\/ Informationen \u00fcber das CPNP<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Etikettentext, \u00fcbersetzt in die Amtssprache des Mitgliedstaats, in dem das kosmetische Mittel in Verkehr gebracht werden soll.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Andere wichtige Informationen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Anmerkung:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Der H\u00e4ndler ist die verantwortliche Person, wenn er ein\u00a0 kosmetisches Mittel unter seinem eigenen Namen und seiner eigenen\u00a0 Marke in Verkehr bringt oder ein Produkt, das sich bereits in\u00a0 Verkehr befindet, so \u00e4ndert, dass die Einhaltungder geltenden\u00a0 Anforderungen ber\u00fchrt sein kann.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Wenn die oben genannten Bedingungen erf\u00fcllt sind, wird die CPNP-Notifizierung gem\u00e4\u00df den Anforderungen f\u00fcr verantwortliche Personen
